When it comes to choosing a bible study curriculum there are a lot different kinds that you can choose from. Which one you choose has a lot to do with the needs and makeup of your group. But one particular style that I like is a book study. This kind is where you and your group take a book of the bible and just walk through it piece by piece.

Do whatever you like with your writing afterwards – carry it around with you, store it somewhere safe, or throw it out. Each action will make an impact on how you mentally ‘tag’ the piece of writing. Is it to be cherished? Is it important? Do you want it out of your life?

You will also need a printer to print off assignments and proof read them before submitting them for grading.

Finish all your chores – Getting rid of distractions is important if you want to have a productive study session. All too often chores, texts, emails, and instant messages distract us from the task at hand that make us lose focus. You need to finish all chores so you can truly concentrate on your study. When you are able to focus and concentrate well, you will be able to absorb more and have a better chance at passing the CPC exam.

So, take a day here and there, invite your teen out for a drive, put on your listening ears, and chances are, you will get the scoop about what is going on in your teen’s life. The time you make for your teen is well worth the closeness you establish. In spite of your teen’s moods, sarcasm, over-sensitivity, and periods of communication droughts, your loving child is still encased in the outer shell of a teenager. Someday things will normalize again, and your understanding of each other will be greater than ever.
